War in Kryta, had lots of new skins. Hoping to see unique skins also for WoC.

Signet Shield is the same thing for Langmar's Defender from WiK. ANet couldn't use anything else? I would have liked a dyeable Shield of the Dead instead.

Lots of additional health mods on these greens, I notice.

From the way it looks what they are doing is recycling the purity weapons as greens. At least from what i've seen so far.

Finished. I enjoyed it more than WoC part 1 but it seemed a little short - at least in nm. Haven't tried HM yet.

disappointed that imperial weapons don't seem to have been released yet.

Still, rewards were good. yay for gemstones and lockpicks - are these doubled in hard mode?

Working as intended. The Ministry goons eventually "overcome the gate", as I am to understand. It becomes somewhat of a touchy ordeal between moving fast enough that you can get to the next room before reinforcements arrive and slow enough that you don't throw yourself carelessly into each room's mob. If you move quickly enough, you should be able to close gates quickly enough that nothing much catches up to you.

If you're getting stuck where I think you're getting stuck, which is where the monk boss is located in the area's mission, then I'd suggest that you try pulling what enemies are in that room back to the previous room, and falling back once their AoE starts to hit. If you have anything that takes time to set up, like spirits, get those up before you pull.

Im currently on Free Birds quest HM and its fun with some thinking involved. The rewards are also doubled with tons of rubys and sapphires xD

@ find & seek: The gates do eventually come down but I one shotted it easy in NM/HM. I closed the gates when there were only 2 or 3 badies left.

Dropped from a Ministry Mage

Don't look at it unless you have finished part 2 of the Winds of Change quest chain (contains potentially spoiler-rific dialogue; it's nothing too revealing, though)

I gotta say it was very cool part, although a bit short( in terms of comparaison, first quests gave joke reward compared to fun... whereas these ones give quite good reward whereas it's not really hard...)...

Fun missions objectives, not that many annoying 'kill kill kill' , storyline was fun...

I just hope that end rewards will be quite original... actually, trading 5 of these gold imperial commenditions against green everlasting tonics from reiko, ashu, etc would be very nice in my opinion...

I LOVE WoC! I've seen ministerial commendation drop aswell... maybe we will need them to make those cool requisitiions? like we had war supplies for medals? anyways did you notice it saying weapons and equipment? Anet must have prepaired us something epic... who knows =D

and even if someone above said that enemies in HM are ruthlessly hard....well this is what HM is supposed to be huh? i personally found HM SUPER challenging...

Great Job Anet! I'm impressed!

Just finished WoC part 2. Much better than part 1. The quest in Tahnaki Temple was a bit tedious, but at least there was some variety in how the quests played out.

Green drops that pretty much look like other drops? No impressed. I saw the resolve and was like.... um...those are purity daggers. Come on Anet, step it up with better looking weapons cause WOC is a bit boring.

Regarding the green, I don't really care if it's recycled as long as it's special, like sword skinned dagger, offhand skinned wand, etc. I actually got the purple paper fan "wand". If there is a blue inscrible healing paper fan, I'll get it too.

The quest imo, is OK. Some are good, like the "betrayal" speech of Ashu to Miku. But it gets a little repetitive as every battle are the same, between kurz, lux, tangu, jade, am fah, etc.

People's will and resolve are pretty cool though. Fan as a weapon? Chrom shards as offhand?

Yes u must finish HM.

It seems there may be a major bug. People I know have finished part 1 in NM and HM but cannot get the first quest from herald of purity.
